What we collect

Cryptoblackbird collects only what you give us when you file a Signal: your name, email, and the case details you choose to share. We collect server logs (IP, user agent, page accessed) for security and abuse prevention. We do not sell or rent any of this data, ever.

How we use it

To work your case, communicate with you about it, and improve site security. We do not use your case data for marketing.

How long we keep it

Active case data: as long as your case is active plus 7 years for legal record-keeping. Anonymous Black Box tips: tip text retained, no identifying data captured. Server logs: 30 days, then aggregated.

Third parties

We use Google Analytics (via Site Kit), Google Fonts, and Yoast SEO. Email is delivered via our hosting provider. We use no advertising or tracking pixels.

Your rights

You can request a copy of, or deletion of, your case data at any time by emailing info@cryptoblackbird.com.
