The “AI Auto-Trading Bot” That Only Traded Deposits
An “AI bot” that posts perfect daily gains is not a strategy — it is a spreadsheet. This recovery was partial, and we publish the partial ones on purpose.
The operator was Crypto Stallions Pro ↗, an “automated AI trading” platform. A Perth tradesman deposited ETH worth AUD 61,000 chasing advertised 2% daily returns.
01 /What happened
The dashboard compounded flawlessly and even released a small early withdrawal. Larger withdrawals were gated behind a “performance settlement” fee. The “returns” were other victims' deposits — a classic Ponzi.
02 /The trace
We mapped his real ETH deposits to the platform treasury, which dispersed funds in batches. By the time he reported, most had been laundered; one recent batch was still traceable to an exchange.
03 /The outcome
We froze and recovered the still-traceable portion — 47% of his loss. Honest, partial, and far better than the zero he expected. The bot was added to our Watchlist.
